A Letter to Minister Matthews

This week’s guest column is based on a letter the writer, Mr. Prowse, recently sent to Ontario Minister of Health Deb Matthews. He wrote about the Cardiac Fitness Institute at LHSC. Like many other front-line health services, they have been threatened with closure by a cash-strapped hospital administration being squeezed by a debt-ridden and misguided provincial government.
