Well, there have been no City Hall meetings to speak of in this election week but on the big night itself shortly after 10 p.m. I did cycle over to City Hall’s great white elephant of an anteroom, Centennial Hall, to watch the election winners and their supporters drift in for a little hullabaloo.

And here was a great opportunity to do just that and what do they do? They schedule some of the City’s most important financial business for a time of day when nobody who actually works for a living can attend.”
