Overwrought Parking

Here’s an interesting twist from the annals of our city council. A few weeks ago, when the pressure was on to keep the yearly tax increase to a minimum, council voted against overnight parking during the summer months. Apparently the city couldn’t do without the revenues from the parking tickets handed out to scoff-laws.
